Enhanced Safety Protocols:
- We are closely following the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure we meet customer needs while keeping our clients, employees, and communities safe.
- Our Service Facilitators will continue to conduct visits virtually through video applications like FaceTime, GoToMeeting, Zoom, Duo, etc., through at least May.
- Our facility remains open, and we are taking necessary precautions to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
Preventive Measures:
- Service Facilitators for Consumer Directed (CD) clients will still make home visits but are encouraged to minimize contact and reduce time spent on location.
- Agency Directed Aides/employees will wear gloves, and CD Aides are encouraged to do the same.
- Enhanced cleaning efforts will be implemented.
- Hand sanitizer will be available to all employees.
- Employees showing cold symptoms are not allowed at the HQ site or in clients’ residences and are encouraged to use their sick leave.
- Service Facilitators are instructed to avoid handshakes, hugs, and all physical contact.
Current Status:
- Everything at our agency remains normal, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. Any changes will be promptly communicated.
